The Story Behind TYCOB
TYCOB was founded in August 2025 by Sathyanarayana V R and Co-Founder Anuradha with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by MSME and SME business owners.
Many businesses generate enquiries, build teams and acquire customers, but their daily operations continue to depend heavily on the business owner.
- Lead information may be stored in different places.
- Follow-ups may depend on individual team members.
- Customer information may remain scattered across WhatsApp, notebooks, spreadsheets and mobile phones.
- Important enquiries may sometimes be missed because there is no structured follow-up system.
As businesses grow, managing all these activities manually becomes increasingly difficult. This created the need for a practical business automation platform. That idea became TYCOB.

Sathyanarayana V R founded TYCOB with the vision of helping entrepreneurs transform their businesses through practical systems, automation and structured execution.
Through years of interaction with business owners, he observed that many MSMEs do not struggle because of lack of effort. They struggle because important business activities depend too heavily on the owner, individual employees and manual follow-up.
TYCOB was created to bridge this gap by combining business process thinking with technology.
